  1. Mr. McIndoe, could you post about a possible historical Quebec teams?
    I'm guessing a Lemiuex-Roy team or a Brodeaur-Lecavlier team would have challenged. I know Canadians get pretty testy about it, but it makes just as much sense as a Scottish rugby or soccer team in international tournaments (which somehow the United Kingdom survives) and a good deal more sense than some teams at this tournament (so far as national teams make any sense). And I think we, the rest-of Canada, have enough maturity to handle an infrequent loss to Quebec, and more importantly we have enough pent-up frustration to enjoy pummeling them 3 out of 4 times. It would also weaken Canada as favorites which might fit with the NHL's concept of parity.
