Not sure if you heard but the Leafs lost. Yeah, I know, I'm shocked too.
Last year we did an emergency mailbag after the Habs series, which turned into this. I don't know if we're in emergency territory on this loss – no, really, I don't, see my upcoming column for more – but I want to know what you think.
I'm looking for questions, comments, general venting, predictions, etc. Maple Leafs only,obviously, because the other teams have never mattered. Let's work through this together.

I think it is kind of the Leafs to let the Lightning win so Vancouver doesn't feel as bad about just missing the playoffs.

Regarding your incredible Head vs. Heart debate, there is really only one point I’d make. When the Head said that sometimes these things happen, and the Heart responded that it seems to only ever happen to the Leafs, two examples came to mind: the Sharks and the Capitals. One of them never got over the hump; the other finally did. So what lessons, if any, can and/or should the Leafs take away from these two franchises’ respective paths and outcomes?
